Once we receive your application, we will contact you to schedule an in-person enrollment consultation, which will also include a tour of our school and grounds.

• Download, Read and Sign the KHS Vision & Mission Statement**

• Download, Read, Complete and sign the SY26/27 Hold Harmless & Payment Forms**

• Complete and Submit the Emergency Contact Form (Once submitted this form will automatically be emailed to our Admin Staff for your Child’s Record).
